1 cup bone broth (pasture raised) or vegetable broth
1/4 onion, diced
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced (or equivalent amount of canned sweet potato)
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 - 1/4 tsp cayenne
Note: For a heartier meal, you can add one pound of cooked grass-fed ground beef. This is how I typically make it.
