1 pound grass fed beef 2-3 cups organic cole slaw mix (red and green cabbage and shredded carrots) 1 red onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions
Cook the ground beef, remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the chopped onion, cabbage and carrots to the pan, cover and cook until desired doneness.
Add the garlic and spice mix of your choice during the last five minutes of cooking. Start with 2 tsp of spice mix, taste and add more until you get the desired flavorfulness.
Return the beef to the pan, mix well, cover the pot and let the flavors meld for five minutes.
Serve warm with some sliced avocado.
Notes
This recipe is easy to adapt.
Use any ground meat - bison, turkey, chicken, etc.
Use any spice mix you like or make your own.
Add or swap additional vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower or kale.
