Chocolate Lollipops


Ingredients


Dark chocolate bar (dark chocolate chips will work too)

1 tsp coconut oil, unrefined

pinch Himalayan salt

Optional - add a little flavor with peppermint or orange essential oil

Lollipop or popsicle sticks



Directions


  1. Break chocolate bar into small pieces and place in a glass bowl.
  2. Melt in an oven set to 300 F.
  3. Remove from the oven and mix in coconut oil and salt.
  4. Allow to cool just slightly and add a drop of orange or peppermint oil if desired.
  5. Pour chocolate into small circles, about 2 diameters in width on a silicone or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  6. Dip popsicle stick or lollipop stick to cover with chocolate on one side and then turn over and place in the chocolate as shown in the picture.
  7. Place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes or until hard. Each one can be removed by slowly peeling the silicone from the back.
